Initially, the 8 or so odm Rebel M.P’s had lied that they only went to state House for “development” and that they were still strongly rooted to the party. However, things took a different angle the moment the party leader – The right Hon Raila Odinga called for Maandamano, and they FAILED to honour!
How do you expect Raila Odinga to sponsor you to Parliament, then jump ship to go seek handouts?
They’ll be punished, they should expect the worst, they’ll certainly be victims, they’ll suffer! they could even lose their seats because that’s a discussion on the table. Part of the deal Raila will finally have with H.E DR. William Samoei Ruto is to fast track the eviction of Hon.Mark Nyamita and Paul Abuor MP Rongo from parliament, and we’ll not be surprised! these wajumbe are now vulnerable, they’re political orphans, and their Underbelly are now badly exposed.
If they’re Men-Enough, who really feel that “Raila has No power,” then they should resign and seek Re-election and use whatever tool or party they feel is better than Orange Party. Take a walk! Give us a break! you have no principles!
Finally, if at all these rebellions against Raila were for the future succession of Luo Nyanza politics, then again, Nyamita was wrong. Whereas at some point Raila will retire, Luo history is honest and does not embrace BETRAYAL!
Currently, in this region, the only person who is ripe and befits the future role of Uniting a people is none other than H.E DR. Hon. Ochilo George Mbogo Ayacko.
